My Strengths
Here, I’ve listed my top 5 strengths from my CliftonStrengths assessment:
Input
Woo
Futuristic
Positivity
Individualization
Both Input and Futuristic are in the strategic thinking category. I am inquisitive. I like to learn and collect information. It’s no wonder that I thrived in user research! I am also fascinated in the big picture— and helping build out the strategy to achieve these big picture or long term goals.
Woo is in the influencing category. Woo stands for winning others over. I am energized by meeting others, getting to know them, learning from them, building rapport with them.
Positivity and Individualization are categorized as relationship building. My glass is half full. I aim to bring a brightness to those around me, including teams I manage. I enjoy celebrating achievements— from national donut day to promotions to new babies and puppies— I like to make sure we lift one another up. I also believe everyone brings something unique to the table and I enjoy learning about these qualities, my employee’s motivations, goals, how they operate best— what makes THEM an individual. I can then help shape my teams based on individual strengths for a strong team as a whole.
